The cleanliness was top-notch, with all areas spotlessly clean. The hotel facilities were excellent, and I especially enjoyed the lovely pool area surrounded by beautiful plants and trees. The location next to a great shopping center was very convenient, with large supermarkets and even a Primark right on the doorstep. It was also not far from the beach, just a short walk away. The staff were nice, friendly, and helpful, and Carmen at the front desk went above and beyond to assist us when we had to cut our holiday short due to a medical emergency.

I cannot rate this place enough. It is a lovely relaxed hotel with excellent facilities, including 2 lifeguards by the pool. The hotel is conveniently located next to a huge shopping centre, which has a supermarket and various shops, making it perfect for all your needs. The hotel's location is also great, just a short walk from the beach and about 15 minutes from the city center. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.
