The spacious and beautiful room with high ceilings and lovely fabrics. The rooftop bar with wonderful views of the cathedral in the evenings. The excellent location in the old town area, close to car parks and Calle Larios. The friendly and professional staff who were always polite and welcoming.

No negatives from this place.

The hotel had a great location in the centre of town by the Cathedral. We were able to easily walk to the main tourist sites in this city. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was very good.

The hotel had great facilities, including a cool little rooftop pool and bar. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city. I also loved the breakfast, especially the hot food department with its delicious eggs and bacon. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Everything was outstanding. The rooms were modern, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was great with a lovely big shower. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location couldn't have been better, right in the center of the city. We were able to explore everything on foot, including the nearby Museum. The hotel also had its own restaurant, Matiz, which was excellent. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. the hotel facilities, cleanliness, parking, transportation, and staff were all top-notch.

The cleanliness was top-notch, with clean sheets provided every day. The hotel facilities were great, especially the rooftop terrace with breathtaking views. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, making my stay comfortable and pleasant. The location was perfect, within a short walk of many good bars and restaurants.
