The cleanliness was excellent, with towels changed every day. The hotel facilities were great, with a bar at the beach and a self-service drinks and ice cream counter. The location was convenient, close to a bus stop and a shuttle to the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Vincente, Carl, and Alphonso, who managed the Mona Lisa restaurant. The breakfast provided was delicious and there was a variety of food options. The transportation options were hassle-free, including car rental straight from the hotel. everything was fantastic.

The convenience of this hotel was exceptional. Upon checking out, I was informed that I could continue to use the facilities and restaurant until I was ready to go to the airport. I really appreciated being able to store my luggage in the luggage room as well. As an all-inclusive guest, the value of the meals and drinks was superb. The beds in the room were spacious and incredibly comfortable, which was especially important for me as a heavily pregnant woman. The hotel had everything I needed within close proximity, including a great café with delicious coffee, lager, and cava, two restaurants. The hotel also offered a free shuttle bus to the beach, making it even more convenient for guests. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the hotel was just a short 10-minute drive from the airport.

The cleanliness was impeccable, with our room being serviced every day by a wonderful lady who was friendly and flexible with our schedule. The hotel facilities were great, with a free bus to the beach and a beach bar included in the all-inclusive package. The location was also excellent, with plenty of surrounding amenities and attractions. The staff members were friendly and helpful, and the bar service was quick and efficient. The variety of food options and the availability of drinks and snacks throughout the day were also impressive.
